This residential plan was designed for customers who don't spend a lot of time online. If you mainly use the Internet to send and receive email with minimal surf time, this is the plan for you. For only $10.00 per month, you can receive 15 hours of dial-up Internet access per month. Additional hours are billed at a rate of $1.00 per hour.

Unlimited Plan         $19.50/month, Unlimited

This residential plan was designed for customers who spend an average to above average amount of time online. For only $19.50 per month, you can receive unlimited dial-up Internet access. (Unlimited accounts are not intended to be dedicated accounts. There is no limit on hours used, but this service is not intended to be a full-time connection. Customers wishing to have a full-time connection should email or ask a Customer Service Representative for details on a plan more suited to your needs.)

Corporate Plan         $50.00, 250 hours per month, 10 user IDs

This business plan was designed for businesses with a need for Internet access, but not necessarily a need for speed or long access times. For $50.00 per month, your business can receive 250 hours of Internet access per month for 10 users. Each user will receive his/her own user ID and password, as well as one email account.

With Net@Home, everything you need is included:

Eight email addresses - Additional addresses are available for a monthly charge of $3.00 each.
20 MB Web Space - For your personal web page
Postini Email Filtering - Home Telephone offers customer sthe option ot ofilter Spam and viruses from their email. Postini allows Net@Home to offer end-users an additional layer of Spam and virus blocking that is configurable to each user's specifications. The service captures suspicious email messages before they even enter Home Telephone's mail servers and places them in a holding area called a "Message Center." Users are then notified that messages are being held and may visit the Message Center to review or delete the messages. Postini also benefits end-users by successfully preventing Denial of Service attacks and keeping viruses off our network. This service does not slow email delivery since Postini servers are capable of processing millions of messages per day - each within milliseconds. And, best of all, it's free!

Roaming Capabilities - We at Home Telephone take pride in providing you with quality Internet services. We want our customers' experience with the Internet to be a pleasant one. One service we offer our Internet customers is the ability to use other Info Avenue dial up numbers to access the Internet (what we call "roaming") while traveling outside of the Home Telephone service area. These numbers are provided for short-term access only and are not meant to be used by our customers on a permanent basis.

Please check the dial-up numbers below and be sure that you are using one of them to access the Internet. Customers found using other Info Avenue numbers on a regular basis will be billed additional charges for using these numbers.
