Please call our Repair Service if you are experiencing a problem not mentioned above.

"There is no dial tone on any of my phones."

Sometimes equipment connected to a user's line can cause trouble with telephone service. Computer modems, satellite television systems, cordless phones, answering machines, security systems and FAX machines are often the culprit when your phone has no dial tone.

To get your service working as quickly as possible, try unplugging all items listed above to determine if the trouble is in the equipment or in the lines. Use a regular corded phone to check for dial tone after each item is unplugged and then again when items are plugged back in one at a time. If your dial tone returns after unplugging an item, you have identified the bad equipment. If the service issues return when the item is plugged back in, unplug the item again and leave it unplugged until it can be repaired or replaced.

If you still do not hear a dial tone after unplugging your equipment, please contact Home Telephone's Repair Service.
